Handling all inbound calls, chats & emails pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and other escalating issues related to the company\'s products.
Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
Project customer service - liaise with malaysia, singapore, asia pacific customer, client, company
Great experience for you to gain more knowledge and have confident to talk with people.

Job Requirements:

Interactive personal skills that fit the team and customer environment as well as adapt to change.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage for this position.
Able to work in Iskandar Puteri
Able to work 6 days per week
Able to work in shift pattern (6 groups, rotation every week)
