Shift Allowance:
Shift ends from 8:30pm to 11:00pm will be entitled for RM 10 per day
Shift ends at 12am & above will be entitled for RM30 per day
Location:
UOA Business Park, Shah Alam (5-minute walk from LRT Subang Jaya)
Work Schedule:
Rotational shifts between 8am - 10pm
9 hours per shift
5 working days + 2 rest days per week
Overview:
Handle customer inquiries via voice, live chat, and email with professionalism and urgency
Take ownership of customer concerns and ensure timely resolution
Present product information clearly and confidently across all platforms
Balance customer needs with business goals using effective communication and sales techniques
Meet individual KPIs and contribute to overall team success
Promote self-service tools and guide customers toward efficient solutions
Collaborate with Team Leaders and Managers to improve processes
Uphold strict confidentiality and data protection standards

Pay: RM1,786.60 - RM2,400.00 per month
