- At least 2 years of experience as an administrative staff
- Strong proficiency in Excel & Microsoft applications
- Skilled in organizing data and data analysis
- Proficient in computer operations
- Eager to learn and improve skills
- Good team player
- Willing to cooperate and communicate
- Residing in Penang area
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
