Job Scope:
Handle inquiries via
inbound calls,
emails and live chat
Provide effective solutions for customer issues assisting with roadside assistance and policy inquiries. Follow up and respond back to users on a timely manner.Job Requirements:
Candidate must
Minimum Diploma/ STPM & above
. Fluency inEnglish
