Responsibilities:
Assisting with agreement data clean-up, validation, and quote generation
Preparing draft documentation and standardized templates
Coordinating inputs from internal stakeholders and managing outbound marketing communications
Contact businesses by telephone to promote repair & calibration services
Assist customer questions about services offering
Provide quotation to customer upon customer request
Record customer feedback including reaction to the service offered
Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent fields
Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
Good verbal and written communications skills
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
