What You'll Be Doing
Be the Frontline Hero:
Respond promptly to customer enquiries through phone, live chat, WhatsApp, or email--including supporting urgent cases when necessary.
Deliver Accurate Information:
Provide clear, complete, and professional responses to assist customers with product details, order status, processes, and general inquiries.
Assist With Order-Related Requests:
Prepare, pack, and coordinate the posting of product samples based on customer needs.
Help Us Grow:
Generate sales leads through customer interactions, including handling inbound enquiries and performing simple outreach to convert potential customers.
Create Happy Customers:
Ensure customer satisfaction through friendly, proactive support and effective communication.
Build Trusting Relationships:
Maintain good rapport with customer accounts by keeping communication open and helpful.
Anticipate Customer Needs:
Follow up with existing customers on reorders, feedback, or additional service opportunities.
Keep Things Organized:
Record and update customer interactions, order details, complaints, and follow-up actions in our system.
Resolve Issues Effectively:
Acknowledge customer complaints, propose solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution. Escalate advanced cases when necessary.
Understand Customer Behaviour:
Study customer interactions--especially through website and chat channels--to identify issues, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
Share Insights:
Provide feedback on customer pain points and overall customer service process efficiency.
Support the Team:
Assist with any other customer service-related tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For
Education:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Supply Chain, or related fields.
Experience:
No experience required--fresh graduates and students are welcome.
Skills:
Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a service-oriented mindset.
Attitude:
Friendly, proactive, patient, and eager to learn.
Teamwork:
Ability to collaborate with various teams like sales, operations, and logistics.
