Role Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Intern to assist with weekend operations. This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates looking for part-time experience and professional development in client servicing.

Responsibilities

Call, message, and email client leads provided by the firm. Assist with scheduling showroom appointments and viewings. Maintain polite, professional communication at all times. Support light administrative tasks (recording leads, updating details).

Requirements

Fluent in Malay and English (Mandarin is a plus). Confident phone etiquette and good communication skills. Available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday, 9am-6pm). Professional appearance required (formal attire: collared shirt, long pants, and tie). Responsible, punctual, and eager to learn.
