Job Scope
Respond to all requests and inquiries of our Products and merchants by Walk in, phone or through any Online or Website
Participate in solving the difficulties that might face our clients.
Candidate will be well aware of the company's services/products and price detail.
Take ownership of issues and concerns of customers, including operational issues, pricing / invoice queries etc.
Additional Requirements
Excellent Communication skills to interact with customers and demonstrate good listening skills
Good computer skill is required with good typing skill
Applicants have to be Smart, energetic, and active
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Ipoh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
STM/STPM (Preferred)
Experience:
Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
Mandarin (Preferred)
Bahasa (Preferred)
