We are hiring Japanese Customer Support Executives for a leading Food Delivery project in Malaysia.
Location:
Ara Damansara (On-site only)
Intake Dates:
24 November - 25 HC
22 December - 35 HC
26 January - 15 HC
RM 10,000 joining bonus for candidates joining any intake
Role:
Handle food delivery service inquiries and complaints from Japanese customers via call, email, and chat.
Language:
Native Japanese only (no English required)
Salary:
RM 8,000 + KPI (up to RM 370) + Shift Allowance (up to RM 1,200)
Shift:
24/7 rotational (8 hours + 1.5-hour break) | 2 days off weekly
Contract:
2 years (renewable)
Training:
1 month (in Japanese)
