  • Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) with good English communication skills
  • Experience in sales/customer service is an advantage
  • Study, work, or living experience in Japan is preferred
  • Strong communication skills, sense of responsibility, and service mindset
  • Motivated, proactive, and eager to grow in a multicultural environment

  • Act as the main contact for Japanese clients, handling inquiries, orders, and after-sales support
  • Maintain client relationships and develop new business opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Conduct market research and provide feedback for improvement
  • Participate in sales meetings and product training to enhance professional skills
