Location : Johor Bahru

Role : Customer Service - E-Hailing & Deliveries Service (TW) - Mandarin/English

Joining Bonus -RM5,000

Salaryup to : RM3000 - RM4000

Qualification : 18 years old and above, completed with SPM, UEC, SKM 3, SVM 3 and IGCSE certificates.

Chinese & English

Working Days : 5.5

Shift :Rotational ( 9hour a day)

s :

-Handling all inbound calls, live chat, and email regarding customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and other issues related to the company's products.

-Exceeding customer expectations in terms of customer service and providing accurate information.

-Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.

-Proficient in typing.

-Capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

-Good computer literacy.

Able to read Traditional Chinese characters.
