Customer Service (Johor Bahru)

Job Scope / Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. This role plays a vital part in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting overall business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a timely and professional manner.

Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint and offering appropriate solutions.

Maintain customer records by updating account information.

Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.

Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.

Assist with processing orders, forms, and applications.

Meet performance targets for speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Required Qualifications:

SPM or with experience in Logistic

Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Trilingual in Chinese, English and Malay

Working Conditions:

Full-time position.

Office-based

Monday - Saturday

Salary - RM2000 - RM3500
