Position

: Customer Service Executive (Inbound) - Grab (Malaysian/Singapore market)

Location:

Iskandar Puteri, Johor

Salary:

Basic Salary RM 1,900 (English & BM speaker for Malaysian market)

RM 2,100 (English speaker for Singapore market)

Benefits:

Overtime (OT) If required only*
KPI allowances - up to RM 400 Night Shift allowance - up to RM 300 Training provided (1 month)

Job Types

: Full-time, Contract (2years) - renewable depending on performance.

Working Days:

6 days' work, 1 day off

Working Hours

: 24/7 Rotational shift (9 hours per shift)

Excellent communication and writing skills in

SPM leavers

are encouraged to apply. Able to work on rotational shifts. Prior working experience in the

call service industry

will be an added advantage. Good problem solving skills and ability to perform under a high paced working environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Handle inbound support requests from Grab users via calls, chat, and email. Provide technical assistance for app usage, GPS errors, payment failures, login issues, and order tracking. Guide users on app navigation, resetting credentials, updating settings, and troubleshooting device compatibility. Assist with driver/rider-related concerns, such as document uploads, trip history, fare disputes, and system errors. Log cases accurately in the CRM and follow Grab's escalation protocols where required. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy, resolving queries in a timely and effective manner. Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs, including response time, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction.

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
