Job Description

Qualifications:

Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu Pleasant personality with good communication skills Friendly and outgoing character Proficiency in Microsoft Able to work in shifts
Responsibilities:

Respond to all emails, or messages from patients on all social media Handle large amounts of incoming phone calls/ Whatsapp Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions Schedule appointment and register patient Work closely with Marketing team to increase revenue Generate sales report, and other's treatment report Follow up patients before and after treatment
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
