We're looking for an energetic and detail-oriented
Customer Service
to join our growing team! You'll be the key person connecting our customers and production team -- making sure every custom-made office uniform order runs smoothly from order to delivery.
What You'll Do :
Communicate with customers to understand their needs and order details
Coordinate with our production team on artwork, production timeline and delivery
Follow up on orders to ensure everything is on track and customers are satisfied
Prepare documents using Microsoft Office and NAV system
What We're Looking For :
Strong coordination and communication skill
Able to speak and write in
Mandarin & English
(Bahasa Malaysia is a plus!)
Basic knowledge of
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Organized, proactive and a good team player
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Can work at Taman Johor Jaya
