Responsibilities



Support Mandarin-speaking clients by addressing service-related inquiries and requests Ensure accurate and timely resolution of client issues Understand client concerns and provide clear explanations and solutions Coordinate with internal teams to resolve service matters efficiently Gather and relay feedback to improve service quality and client satisfaction Stay informed about updates related to the company's services

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
