Job Scope


- Responsible for handling customer appointments and replying inquiries
- Answer phone calls and assist in handling customer feedback

Requirements


- Proficient in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
- Good communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility
- Relevant experience is an advantage

Working Hours: 11:00am-9:00pm (5 Day per week)



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
