About the Role
We're looking for a friendly, responsible, and proactive Customer Service Executive to support our daily operations.
You'll play a key role in coordinating between clients, supervisors, and team members -- ensuring smooth communication, accurate record-keeping, and excellent customer satisfaction.
Compensation Package
Basic Salary: RM2,500 - RM3,200
Performance Allowance: RM300 - RM1,000
Sales Commission: 10% for every successful deal
Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday; required to reply customers during Saturday and Sunday)
Probation: 3-6 months (based in Medini)
After Confirmation: Work location shifts to Taman Molek, JB
Key Responsibilities
Contact customers and arrange appointments with referrals
Record and update customer information accurately in data sheets
Coordinate orders for supervisors and maids
Maintain finance records, worker off-days, and supervisor claims
Follow up on client payments
Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally
Prepare quotations, invoices, and order documentation
Provide sales support and follow-ups with clients
Requirements
Able to communicate effectively in Chinese (Mandarin / Cantonese)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Responsible, detail-oriented, and service-minded
Familiar with KPI-based performance goals
Basic experience in customer service, admin, or coordination is an advantage
