- Order processing and customer service procedures
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone promptly and courteously.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements / Qualification:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel
Working day & hours :
Monday to Friday 8:30am-5.30pm
Alternate Saturday 8:30am to 5.30pm
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
