POSITION - CUSTOMER SERVICE
LOCATION - BUKIT TINGGI, KLANG
SALARY - RM 3000-4000
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Execute the booking and pre-book volume with Customer appointed ocean liners.
Responsible to secure the vessel space and actively liaise with forwarding team, liner and customer to ensure shipments are booked as per requirement.
Work closely with 3PL forwarding and warehouse team in managing container delivery issues with liners.
Responsible to follow up and check the invoices from ocean liners.
Responsible for on time release of shipping documentation to Customer.
Responsible to prepare the manual shipping documentation (invoices/ packing list/COO) to meet customer special request.
Responsible for accurate logistic invoice.
Ensure accurate pricing to customer invoices.
Liaises with customer on the issue related to booking, shipment & documentation.
Key contracts point with liners related to all booking, shipment or forwarding issues.
Perform other job-related duties as and when requested by superior.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
