Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Basic knowledge of printing, design, or production process is an advantage.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and basic Mandarin (to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers).
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Advise and assist customers with product information and order inquiries.
• Prepare quotations and assist with order placement.
• Key in new orders and update order status in the system.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and payment status.
• Arrange and coordinate deliveries.
• Liaise with customers on delivery dates and order progress.
• Check customer-submitted artwork to ensure print-ready format.
• Coordinate and support cross-team communication within the company (sales, design, and production).
