About the role



Join the customer service team at WARISAN KAYANA GROUP SDN BHD, a leading provider of call centre services in Kota Bharu, Kelantan. In this full-time role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met efficiently and effectively.

What you'll be doing



Responding to inbound calls from customers and addressing their queries or concerns in a prompt and professional manner Providing accurate information about our products and services, and guiding customers through any processes or transactions Logging customer interactions and maintaining detailed records to support our quality assurance processes Working closely with other teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service operations Can do live broadcast through social media will be prioritized

What we're looking for



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different customer needs Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries Proficient in the use of relevant software and technology to effectively manage customer interactions Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help others Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the call centre, customer facing & customer service industry Fresh graduates can apply to try new experience!
