Job Details:
Receive payment by cash, credit/debit cards, vouchers, e-wallet, etc
Ability to operate POS systems, credit card terminals, price scanners, and related devices
Balancing cash registers and generating sales report
Maintain cleanliness of cashier counter
Assist with customer service
Process online enquiries and feedback from social media, and other online platforms.
Ensure feedback and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain accurate records and documents of every customer service ticket.
Handle all inbound/outbound calls bilingually and effectively
Troubleshooting for customers on minor technical issues.
Communicate and coordinate with all internal departments.
