Requirements
We are looking for a dedicated individual who is fluent in Mandarin to join our team, where you will provide support to Mandarin speaking customers. This position requires working on a rotating shift schedule, and our company's location is easily accessible by public transport.

  • We welcome candidates from diverse educational backgrounds - training is provided!
  • Fluent in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients (written and spoken).
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (fresh graduates or without Customer Service experience are welcome to apply).
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating shift schedule.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent support to customers through all relevant communication channels.
  • Ensure all customer inquiries are resolved in accordance with the company's processes and procedures.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
  • Stay updated on company procedures and processes.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management, within your role to support the effective implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of TDCX's Quality Management System.
