Requirements

  • Possess a Diploma in any field.
  • Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve customer issues efficiently.

  • Willingness to work onsite in Kuala Lumpur.
Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about our accommodation, travel services and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Actively listen to customers, understand their needs, and offer appropriate solutions or alternatives.
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the customer service system.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members or other departments as needed.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with our service.
  • Identify and report trends in customer inquiries and complaints to help improve our services.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service.
