Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat. Respond to questions, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner. Provide solutions for common delivery issues (late, missing, or damaged parcels) and escalate when needed. Update and maintain records in the system. Prepare daily reports/trackers and share updates with teams. Work with operations and other departments to improve processes and customer experience. Support ad-hoc tasks, special projects, or campaigns as required.

Working Hours & Schedule:



5 working days rotational shift and off days Shift 1 (9:30am-6:30pm) Shift 2 (3pm-11pm)

Salary & Incentives:



Basic Salary:

RM2,500 - RM3,000
