Job Description

:



Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and courteously. Respond to customer inquiries related to products, services, billing, or company policies. Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to relevant departments for further action. Listen actively to customer complaints and identify the root cause. Offer appropriate solutions or alternatives to resolve issues promptly. Follow up to ensure cases are closed successfully. Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call handling time, response rate, and customer satisfaction score (CSAT). Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards. Assist in preparing service reports, summaries, or documentation as required. Support ad hoc customer service or administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirement:



Minimum SPM qualification (Diploma or higher education will be an added advantage). Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia Basic computer skills Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Able to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
