Customer Service RepresentativeIndustry: Florist E-commerce Platform

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service to join our team in the florist industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for flowers and plants, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via live chat, phone, email, and in-person Assist customers with placing orders and selecting floral arrangements Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Coordinate with the florist team, delivery team, and riders to ensure timely and accurate deliveries Continuously seek process improvements and meet targets to ensure customer satisfaction Follow established procedures and protocols for handling customer inquiries and escalations, adhering to company policies and standards Able to work overtime when orders are high, especially during peak seasons like Valentine's Day and Mother's Day. Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the company
Requirements

SPM/High school diploma or equivalent Proficiency in basic computer applications Experience in customer service is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome with training provided. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
