• Min SPM/High school qualification or above, any field.
• Proficient in Mandarin is a MUST and basic English
• Good communication skills
• Patient, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Familiar with computer operation and basic office software
• Customer service or sales experience is a plus - training will be provided for beginners

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through online platforms and social media
• Assist customers with orders, after-sales issues, and related tasks
• Collect and organize customer feedback, and report issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the team to improve customer satisfaction

• Competitive base salary: RM 4,000 + Full attendance bonus RM 1,000 + Performance bonuses and commissions
