Reply customer messages & chats Check orders, stock availability & update customers Track parcels, contact courier & solve delivery issues Handle return/refund requests Basic admin tasks & product listings

Requirements



Experience in e-commerce customer service is an added advantage Able to multitask & work independently Good communication & problem-solving skills Training provided
Working Location : Taman Melawati, Kuala Lumpur

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
