Requirements
  • Possess a Secondary/SPM/'O' Level certificate or equivalent.
  • Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are essential.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Must possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with patience and empathy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies.
  • Must be able to work on-site in Kuala Lumpur.
Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of customer service procedures and documentation.
  • Translate customer service materials and communications into English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to cater to a diverse customer base.
