Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Responsible to ensure customer satisfaction in providing service information and enquiries, complaints and feedback are attended promptly in professional manner. \xc2\xb7 Handle inbound customers inquiries & request via voice & alternate channel (eg. Whatsapp, chat, email & SMS) regarding billing inquiries, technical inquiries and general inquiries. \xc2\xb7 To gather from the customer all the necessary information to fulfill their requirement and enter accurately into the appropriate system. \xc2\xb7 Responsible to ensure customer\xe2\x80\x99s satisfaction in form of courteous and prompt service and update customers with accurate information. \xc2\xb7 Ensure diligent follow up and fulfill promises made to customers. \xc2\xb7 Establish and maintain good relationships with customers, build better customer experience \xc2\xb7 Adhere strictly to the contact center standards operating procedures and guidelines. \xc2\xb7 Any other tasks as assigned by Supervisor. Requirements 1. Minimum SPM 2. Basic computer knowledge (operating computer, MS Office Skills). 3. Willing to work flexible and shift hours. 4. Basic telephone communication skills. \xc2\xb7 Project a \xe2\x80\x9cSmiling\xe2\x80\x9d voice. \xc2\xb7 Good listening skills 5. Customer service oriented mindset 6. Ability to cope with stress and to remain calm in all customer service situations ------------------------------------------------------------------ Working Hours: Mon - Sunday : 8am - 8am (9hours/day) Must be willing to work shift rotation. Must be able to work on weekend as per schedule given from 8am to 8pm Basic Salary : RM1,500 + KPI Allowance (RM300) Job Type: Contract Salary: RM1,500.00 per month
