Posting on behalf of our client: Our client is based in Malaysia, and they are a telecommunications provider specializing in domestic and international connectivity, data center, cloud, and managed services solutions catered to the Retail, Enterprise, and Wholesale markets. Today, they are proud to deliver Malaysia\xe2\x80\x99s fastest 100% pure fibre broadband service at speeds of up to 2Gbps to consumers across the country. Job Responsibilities:
  • Handle Customer enquiry via telephone to provide information and assistance (Mainly regarding the WIFI and Broadband troubleshooting)
  • Professionally handle high volume of inquiries from customers.
  • Achieve productivity standards and goals while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
  • Able to resolve the calls within the agreed SLA (Service Level Agreement)
  • Must demonstrate high degree of integrity and confidentiality \xe2\x80\x93 Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times.
  • To perform outbound calls to follow up on consumers enquiries and to provide resolutions or update.
  • To provide accurate information and updates to consumers always.
  • To capture and update the right information provided and obtained from consumers onto the system always.
  • To attend and to meet all the key responsibilities within the required turn-around time set forth by the Company.
Requirements:
  • Able to accept contract based - 1 year (renewable)
  • Good command in English and Bahasa Melayu
  • Able to accept 24/7 rotating shift
  • Have a fresh and pleasant personality as well as able to initiate the conversation
  • Experience in troubleshooting Wifi or Broadband will be advantageous
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
  • STM/STPM (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Customer Care / Call Center: 1 year (Preferred)
Shift availability:
  • Day Shift (Preferred)
  • Night Shift (Preferred)
  • Overnight Shift (Preferred)
