Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service l Telesales

Location: Gelang Patah

Basic Salary: RM 2300 + Attendance Allowance

Working Days: 5 days per week


Job Responsibilities:

Customer Service

Call Management & Sales

: Handle a high volume of calls and identify potential sales leads. ?

Customer Support & Satisfaction

: Understand needs, provide accurate information, solve problems, and follow up to ensure resolution. ?

Relationship & Teamwork

: Build trust with customers, follow guidelines, and collaborate with the team to achieve goals.

Admin Support

Communication & Coordination

: Serve as the key contact for internal and external parties; handle calls, messages, and correspondence; respond promptly to inquiries. ?

Logistics & Data Support

: Assist in monitoring shipments and preparing accurate import/export data. ?

Documentation & Reporting

: Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs; maintain an organized filing system.

Requirements:

? Able to speak and write fluently in English and Malay. ? No experience required; training will be provided. ? Basic computer skills (able to handle email, Word, Excel, etc.).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month

Education:

Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:

Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
