Job Description

What You'll Be Doing



Make outbound calls to business leads provided by the client. Introduce products/services, engage in meaningful conversations, and generate qualified leads. Update CRM records and maintain accurate information after every call. Collaborate with the client for product updates, call scripts, and campaign goals. Report daily progress and results professionally. Maintain the highest level of professionalism and compliance (e.g., data privacy laws).

What You'll Need



3-5 years of experience in telemarketing / outbound calling / appointment setting.

Prior experience with B2B calls is an advantage. CRM & VoIP proficiency (e.g., Aircall, HubSpot, Salesforce).

Strong communication skills in English & Mandarin.

Confident, polite, and able to handle conversations independently. Strong sense of responsibility, adaptability, and professionalism.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
