Requirements

• Proficiency in English & Mandarin (typing).
• Skilled in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTable, filtering).
• Experience in customer service or chat support is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and comfortable with data tasks.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin preferred.
• Able to work shifts (including weekends & public holidays).

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via live chat (no calls).
• Handle inquiries on billing, top-up, renewals (English & Mandarin).
• Update customer accounts, discounts, and transaction records.
• Use Excel for data tracking, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Record common issues to improve SOPs and service flow.
• Support cloud platform operations and system processes.
