Requirements

• Minimum SPM with min. 5 year's experience and above
• Fresh graduates are welcome (for Bachelor Degree)
• Excellent command of English; bilingual candidates must be fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in shifts, including night shifts.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls / live chat and customer enquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Resolve complaints and provide accurate information about products and services.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
• Update and maintain customer records accurately in the system.
• Collaborate with team members and escalate issues when necessary
