Job Description

Handle customer inquiries regarding deliveries, shipments, and warehouse status.

Coordinate with transport, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Provide customers with updates on delivery status, POD, shipment schedules, and delays.

Process customer orders, bookings, and service requests accurately.

Manage and resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.

Prepare delivery reports, shipment documents, and service summaries when required.

Maintain accurate customer records and ensure all information is updated in the system.

Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, and suppliers to solve operational issues.

Ensure high service quality and maintain strong customer relationships.

Support administrative tasks related to logistics operations.


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
