Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Logistics agent at our Johor Bahru facility. The Customer Service Logistics agent will be responsible for daily coordination with customers, managing the customer satisfaction level, handling phone calls, ensuring customer experience is positive, working on customer service issues, and other tasks related to logistics support. Qualifications Strong customer support skills with experience working in a customer-facing role Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Prior customer service experience preferred Detail-oriented and able to multi-task effectively Ability to work well in a team setting Bachelor\'s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred
