Working Hours:
6 days/week
Shift 1:
12:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Shift 2:
7:00 PM - 4:00 AM
(1 hour break included)
Salary:
RM2,200 - RM2,500
Contract:
12 months (renewable)

Key Responsibilities:
Transport & Logistics Coordination
Coordinate daily deliveries with drivers/dispatchers
Plan routes & update shipment status in real-time
Prepare documentation (invoices, delivery notes, transport records)
Customer Service & Support (MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE)
Act as first point of contact for customer inquiries/issues
Communicate shipment status, delays & schedule changes
Investigate complaints & resolve issues quickly with operations team
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate service records & reports
Verify invoices and assist in data entry for supervisors
Ensure compliance with company policies & industry standards
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Admin, or related field
1-3 years experience in logistics / transport customer service is a MUST
Proficient in MS Office & logistics systems
Strong communication skills, organized & able to work under pressure
