Lead and supervise the customer service and operations support team.
Manage daily transportation arrangements and ensure timely job execution.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Coordinate with internal departments (planning, warehouse, finance) to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor job status, performance reports, and service levels.
Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety standards.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
At least
3 years of working experience
in logistics, transport, or related operations.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic logistics systems.
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
