Job Description

Responsibility:



Lead and manage the customer service team across international markets, serving as the primary liaison for customers by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns and fulfilling requests related to products and services. Ensure consistent service quality and customer satisfaction across all regions through effective communication, process optimization and cross border coordination. Supervise overseas customer service teams and ensure alignment with company standards. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues across multiple regions and channels. Streamline and standardize customer service processes for global consistency. Coordinate with a cross-functionional teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Explore new business opportunities with customers by maintaining good relationship. Monitor performance metrics and generate reports with actionable insights.

Requirements:



Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics or an equivalent field. At least 8 years of professional experience in the forwarding or shipping industry. A minimum of 3 years in a managerial or leadership role. Strong presentation and communication abilities. Effective team leader with proven leadership skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
