JOB DESCRIPTION



Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

Provide accurate information and effective solutions in a timely manner.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in every interaction.

Record customer interactions and update relevant databases.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.

JOB REQUIREMENTS



Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese is a must.

Good spoken and written English.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to work night shifts and weekends on a rotational basis.

SPM or higher qualification with a valid certificate.

Fresh grads are encouraged to apply; candidates with 1+ year in customer service will have an advantage.
