B2 level English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking, listening) is required
Minimum 1 year of customer support experience in BPO sector preferred

Tanggungjawab
Respond to inbound customer enquiries via phone and email about online orders, product details and pet-food related questions.
Guide customers through ordering and payment processes on the website.
Troubleshoot order issues (delays, returns, incorrect items) and escalate priority incidents.
Record accurate case notes, follow up as required, and close tickets to meet SLAs.
Contribute to process and knowledge improvements; share feedback to improve customer experience.
Meet quality and performance KPIs set by the company and client.
