Job Description

You will assist customers with accurate, timely responses and basic troubleshooting solutions. The role includes content filtering, data entry, and research tasks as per client standards. You'll manage complaints, escalate issues when needed, and document interactions professionally. Strive for excellent customer satisfaction while meeting performance KPIs and quality guidelines.

Requirements



Fresh graduate or SPM holder Must be able to read, write and speak in Mandarin language Able to work on shift hours, 5 working days in a week.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
