JOB DESCRIPTION



Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email.

Provide accurate product/travel information and support.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with professional service.

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively.

Maintain updated records of customer interactions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS



Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written).

Good command of English.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to work on a rotating shift schedule (including weekends and public holidays).

SPM or higher qualification with a valid certificate.

Fresh grads encouraged to apply; customer service experience is a plus.
