We are actively hiring for our client in Sunway Visio Tower, Kuala Lumpur!
Role : Customer Service - Mandarin Speaker
Start Date: 10th October
Working hours : 7am to 11pm (9 hour rotational shift for 5 days)
Job Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve platform operation issues through non-voice channels (email, chat).
Make occasional outbound calls to customers for follow-up or issue clarification.
Review and coordinate return and refund requests in a timely, professional manner.
Handle user issues related to financial transactions and logistics.
Manage account-related inquiries, including platform permission issues.
Accurately document customer interactions and system activities in internal tools.
Work towards achieving individual and team performance goals (response times, customer satisfaction, KPIs).
