Requirements

• Malaysian citizen, fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written).
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Able to type in Traditional Mandarin.
• Basic English proficiency (system and interview will be in English).
• Able to commit to rotational shifts (earliest 7 AM-4 PM, latest 11 PM-8 AM, rotation every 2 months).

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email in Mandarin (and basic English when required).
• Accurately record and resolve customer issues, escalating when necessary.
• Work on English-based systems/tools (training provided).
• Meet service quality and performance KPIs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain positive customer relationships.
