We are looking for a proactive and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Malacca. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with their inquiries related to our systems, providing system demonstrations, and supporting management with various tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting and Client Assistance
Address and resolve client inquiries related to the system, providing effective troubleshooting support.
System Demonstrations and Tutorials
Conduct system demos and tutorials for clients to ensure they fully understand and can utilize our products effectively.
Support Management with Ad Hoc Tasks
Assist management with various administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
No certificate requirement, No experience needed
Proficiency in
speaking, reading, and writing Chinese

Good
computer
knowledge and skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
