Role: Customer Service- Mandarin Speaker
Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Mandarin and Basic English
24/7, 5 days per week, 8 working hours + 1 hour lunch break per day (earliest 7 am to 4 pm, latest 11 pm to 8 am, every one hour there will be a shift, rotate every 2 months)
Malaysian citizens who are fluent in Mandarin and have basic English proficiency, as the role supports the Taiwan market
- Must be able to type in Traditional Mandarin
- An English interview will be conducted, as the computer interface is in English
- Must be able to commit to a shifting schedule
Note: No work-from-home option is available

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,700.00 per month
